Ambassador Julius Onen, the permanent secretary ministry of Trade, Industry and Cooperatives died on Sunday night (10th March 2019) at Paragon hospital where he had been admitted. He had just returned from India where he had gone to seek treatment. Amb. Onen was born on the 4th of September,1948 at the Mission hospital at Aber.
