The draft East African Cooperative Societies Bill was presented to the East African Legislative Assembly sitting in Kampala for the 1^st reading on 22^nd January, 2014 at 2. 00pm. The bill was presented by Hon. Sebalu Mike as private members’ motion and it is sponsored by the East African Farmers Federation (EAFF).
