Human Resource and Security Registry
The Human Resource Unit is mandated to;
- Coordinate Training and Development of Staff
- Sensitize Staff on HIV/AIDS and other health issues;
- Manage Staff Welfare such as Payment of Medical expenses for employees, Provision for Incapacity,
- Death Benefits & Funeral expenses for employees and close relatives;
- Regularly keep and Update Staff records
- Manage Payroll
- Mainstream Gender issues
- Support supervision for staff deployed by the Ministry across various Sector Institutions;
- Maintain Staff Result-oriented Performance management system
- Administration and Payment of Pension and Gratuity;
- Maintain Ministry Registry System ,Courier Services and Archives
