The Human Resource Unit is mandated to


  1. Coordinate Training and Development of Staff
  2. Sensitize Staff on HIV/AIDS and other health issues;
  3. Manage Staff Welfare such as Payment of Medical expenses for employees, Provision for Incapacity,
  4. Death Benefits & Funeral expenses for employees and close relatives;
  5. Regularly   keep and Update Staff records
  6. Manage Payroll
  7. Mainstream Gender issues
  8. Support supervision for staff deployed by the Ministry across various Sector Institutions;
  9. Maintain Staff Result-oriented Performance management system
  10. Administration and Payment of Pension and Gratuity;
  11. Maintain Ministry Registry System ,Courier Services and Archives
